The performance of WALD will be followed by an audience discussion with Alexej Lochmann, Andrew Clarke, Jacob Lefton and other performers, as well as Polina Borodina (author) and Maria Lupandina (producer). The discussion will focus on the genesis of the project, the work in Grunewald, the combination of radio play and theatre as well as questions of perception and participation in public space. The interplay of text, voice and nature as well as the particular challenges of the production will also be discussed. The discussion will take place primarily in English. Questions may be asked in German and Russian.
